House Flipping

The Seller has purchased the herein described property at a Trustee’s sale with the intent to sell it for a profit. This is referred to as “House Flipping”.  In addition, the seller has remodeled the property with the intent to make a profit. The requisite building permits status of said remodeling in unknown. Buyer should contact the appropriate governmental agency and obtain licensed contractor inspection reports with respect to remodeling prior to removing any property condition contingencies. If you the buyer do not do so, you are acting against the advice of CENTURY 21 Alpha, its agents and employees.
