This Agreement is contingent upon Sellers securing Court approval from the [name of court]. Sellers will use all due diligence in securing said approval, and will do so at no cost to Buyers. Buyers are advised not to incur any fees or costs prior to Sellers obtaining Court approval. All other contingencies provided for in this Agreement begin to run after the Court order is secured. If Court approval is not obtained by ___________________ [date], this Agreement will be of no further force or effect.
