APPRAISAL LOWER THAN SALES PRICE. (Without Limit)
All parties agree that it is possible that the property may not appraise for the full amount of the purchase price. If the property does not appraise for the purchase price, then the Buyer and Seller agree that the Buyer will increase the amount of down payment in order to close this transaction.
